Do you ship outside of North America and how much does shipping cost?
Yes! I can ship anywhere. I manually package and mail out all of my creations and products in recycled boxes via Canada Post tracked package. Please allow for up to two weeks for your order to arrive within North America and three if you're overseas. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a Canada Post tracking number when your order has been shipped.

How long does it take for you to make each piece?
From sculpting, to baking, to painting the details, and adding the magnets, it can take me up to two hours per custom claymate and claynine. These unique, handcrafted art pieces are made-to-order with a lot of love!
Will you make a sculpture of my pet rabbit?
Yes! As long as the photos you send in are of high quality, I can make most furry and feathered creatures. I have yet to experiment with reptiles but if you’re dying for a magnet of your pet iguana, shoot me a note through the contact form before ordering and I will give you a discount code - the resulting piece might be a little janky!
What if I don't like the piece you made?
Please understand these are my artisitic interpretations of your pets based on the photos I am sent. I try my best to capture the essence of each animal rather than an exact likeness. In over 300 orders, I have only received one complaint but since miscommunications happen, I have created a new shop policy - after sculpting and painting, but before glazing, I will e-mail you a photo of the progress and accept one round of notes and suggestions and make changes once to ensure you are happy with your product. Once the piece is approved and ships there are no refunds or returns. If your item arrives broken, and you e-mail me a photo of the damage within a month of your order date, I will remake and reship a new magnet to you free of charge.
Can I see examples of photos that work best for you?
Absolutely! The better the photos, the more accurate the portrait will be! If they are blurry, dark, or taken from a distance, I unfortunately won't be able to guarantee that the sculptures will be very detailed or perfectly represent your animal friend.
After checkout is complete, kindly email the shop and add your order confirmation number as the subject line with photos of the beastie(s) you'd like sculpted attached!
